The duration for settlement Settling Period Parents have to prepare the child for the first week in school. During the 1st week – the initial settling period – the child will spend an hour at school. This is to help the child get acquainted and get over the stranger anxiety. Once settled, the child will go through the structured Globetrotters Kids programme which includes Nature talk, Circle Time, Rhymes, Art & Craft, Drama, Language & Number development among other development activities.
